Our Super site in the Kulim Hi-Tech Park is looking for qualified professionals to the following positions:

Facility Technician

Responsibilities:

Basic Job Functions:
To perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance , attend to unplanned downtime or breakdowns across all facility equipments or systems and undertake assignments / tasks provided by Team lead , Engineer or Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

• Schedule and plan daily assignments as directed by Facility team lead , Engineers, or Manager.
• To assist Engineer in supervising & monitoring of all facilities system operation including FMCS , HVAC , Ventilation,
• PCW , Air Compressor , Dryer and Electrical systems.
• To carryout daily / weekly / monthly log reading on all facility equipment and implement preventative maintenance program.
• Interface with other departments, Contractors and vendors in day to day operation of the department.
• Follow standard OSHA, DOE, BOMBA regulation and Company safe practices on all work assignments.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities for cost savings.
• To follow up with Contractors on Contract Servicing for Facility Equipments on monthly / 6 monthly and yearly basis.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s):Knowledge in facility equipments operation and maintenance i.e HVAC, air compressor, process cooling system, ventilation, fire fighting system.
• Knowledge in BMS / FMCS /SCADA system will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in LOTO management is a MUST.
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word,Excel).
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
